  The plant forms compact, stemless rosettes typically ranging from 2 to 4 inches wide in the wild, expanding up to 4 inches under cultivation. The leaves are fleshy, oblong to ovate, and display a range of colors from pale green to reddish-violet, often with a powdery coating.
